We have 3 types of street lights:

1. Sodium Lights: They have been the standard and still are for large scale urban illumination. Possibly the cheapest solution to date their only drawback is the bulb life span and the regular replacement compared to the newer LED and other technologies.
2. LED Lights: A Solar LED, or Light Emitting Diode, contains a chemical compound that gives off light when a DC current passes through it. Provides high luminous efficiency, works well under low voltage, long life span of up to 50,000 hours.
3. GREN Lite: This is a new era of light source-induction Lamp with super rated lifetime-up to 100,000 hours and High efficacy - Energy saving. Unlike the Sodium lights, GREN Lite does not use electrodes or filaments, but uses the technology of electromagnetic induction lighting. GREN Lite comes with highly efficient mono crystal (multi crystal) silicon solar battery for power supply. The power of these lights start from 80-200 Wp.
